Ella is also known as the Admin Queen... so if you have any questions, she's the one to ask!
Fun fact about Ella... she has worked with children and babies for 20 years, and is a fully trained Perinatal Nursery Nurse. With the combination of childcare, mental health and fitness in her bag... Ella hopes to bring something new to The Revolution very soon... watch this space!

Tony is always full of energy and ready to bring it to his classes! Tony was previously a professional mountain biker competing at an elite level, earning himself the British Championship. This dedication and determination to compete has led him to win at a world level at his current sport HYROX.
This year Tony has levelled up, earning his spot withing the HYROX Elite 15 doubles race.
He is a qualified HYROX coach and has worked with world class coaches giving him a great education on cardiovascular/functional fitness training.
He possesses useful race knowledge whether you’re looking to enter your first race or to shave time off your previous PBs.

Mark has over 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry. He has worked with a range of clients from your daily gym goers to professional sportsmen.
Mark’s passion comes from helping others realise their physique and fitness potential. Opening the Revolution Gym has allowed his years of knowledge to be able to offer specifically structured classes to build your strength and fitness.
These bespoke sessions will help you build the physique and fitness level you want or help improve your race times at a competitive level.
Mark competes as well. He previously participated in CrossFit, and last year entered into some HYROX races himself. Having competed at the World Championships last year, he’s also already qualified for the World Championships again in June this year!

Mitch is a coach at The Revolution, with 6 years experience as a CrossFit coach and 5 years working as a PT. Mitch’s specialty is coaching Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics.
Mitch has worked with many clients working on their personal goals, from strength building, fatloss, and general health & fitness programmes.
Mitch is super into his CrossFit and loves competing. Some of his highlights have been taking part in the European Champs, Battle for Britain, Strength in Depth and many more…
Outside of this he is a keen gamer and very proud dad to a crazy Staffie called Loki!

Chloe is a former national-level gymnast turned passionate fitness enthusiast. During her gymnastics career, she competed in several friendly international events, showcasing her skills on a global stage.
With over a decade of coaching experience, Chloe has worked with a wide range of athletes—from playful gymtots as young as 3, to adults eager to master new tricks, and even elite gymnasts competing at the national level.
Her expertise and passion combined with her approachable and dynamic coaching style, makes her a knowledgeable coach for all levels.

Lee is a professional boxer and is our current English champion in the Super Welterweight division.
With a strong passion for fitness, when it comes to diet, dedication and discipline Lee understands the challenges that arise on a physical and mental level.
