HYROX Strength classes focus on building your strength whilst burning calories. It uses movements to support elements of the ever growing sport, HYROX. However, you do not need to participate in hyrox events to benefit from these classes.
Strictly Strength is a class solely dedicated to building up your strength. This class includes a variety or barbell movements as well as dumbbell and kettlebell exercises within a slower paced circuits focussing on technique.
This class is suitable for all abilities.
This class is an engine class, working on your endurance and cardio in a circuits style workout. Erg Engine means that the class primarily uses the Erg machines, such as the row, ski, assault bike and C2 bike.
HYROX Engine class is a cardio based workout, working on endurance fitness.
Have you heard of the new sport KeltX? yes or no.... this class is for you. KeltX is a similar style workout to the famous HYROX, using a variety of functional movements alongside running. But what makes KeltX Fridays interesting.... you will be working in pairs! However, no need to bring a partner, there will always be someone to buddy up with!
